What the scores mean
These are coaching indicators, not medical grades or a measure of perfect health. Each uses the recent week; daily ratings end on the latest completed day. A dash means there isn’t enough context for a fair score. Scores update when new readings arrive and when you inspect a different date.
- Sleep duration: nights reaching seven hours. Sleep timing: bed and wake times within 45 minutes of your usual weekly times. Timing tolerance is a practical coaching rule.
- Daily steps: progress towards an 8,000-step longer-term reference, averaged with each day capped. Build gradually; cycling and strength count elsewhere.
- HRV, resting heart rate, recharge, Body Battery and movement: consistency with your own prior range, once 21 earlier readings exist. A high score means familiar, not necessarily healthier.
- Stress: 100 minus average Garmin stress, a calm indicator rather than a health grade. Some stress is normal; zero is not the goal.
- Riding: progress towards 150 weekly moderate-equivalent activity minutes across all recorded exercise. Power alone cannot be fairly scored.
- Five complete readings are needed for most weekly scores; aerobic activity totals need seven. Missing data never counts as zero performance. Ratings are rounded to the nearest five and should not be compared across different metrics.
